Jazzy leggings are a more fitted style, but the super stretchy jersey fabric means they are soooo comfy and have plenty of room to grow. The leg cuff is designed to be turned up at first then worn down, again with longevity in mind. 
 
Please note these leggings feature an elasticated waistband, not the jersey waistband which is pictured.
