Shipping

Postage and packaging is charged at £3.50 per order (£2 for orders under £10). Orders over £50 will receive free P&P.

Standard postage is Royal Mail second class for orders under £10, Tracked 48 over £10. An upgrade to Tracked 24 is available for an additional fee.​

At present we can only ship within the UK.

​

The majority of our items are made to order and will be shipped within 1-3 weeks. In stock items will be shipped within 3 working days. Please note that if you order a mix of in stock and made to order items, your full order will be shipped with your made to order pieces within 1-3 weeks. If you wish to receive in stock items sooner please order them in a separate transaction.

Returns

We hope that you will love your items, but if you have any issues or wish to return your item please get in touch via email.

If you wish to return a non-faulty item the following policy applies-

​

- You must contact us within 30 days of receipt to notify us of your return.

- Returned items must be unworn with tags attached. 

- Return postage will be at the buyer's expense. We recommend that you use a signed for or tracked method of postage, fully insured for the value of the item. 

- Returned items must be received back to us within 21 days from you notifying us of the return.

- We are unable to refund postage fees.

 

Please note we cannot accept returns on customised items unless the item is faulty.

Faulty Items

If your item is faulty please get in touch as soon as possible after noticing the fault so that we can resolve your issue.
