Shipping and Returns
Please note I am currently on holiday! In stock orders will ship when I'm back on Monday 18 May. Made-to-order items may take up to 5 weeks to ship.
Shipping
We offer several shipping options to ensure that your order arrives with you safely. Postage is calculated based on your total order value. Orders of £70 and over are eligible for free shipping (Royal Mail Tracked 48).

At present we can only ship within Great Britain. We are unable to ship to Northern Island due to GPSR regulations.
Made to order items will be handmade just for you and ship in 1-4 weeks. In stock items will be shipped within 3 working days. Please note that if you order a mix of in stock and made to order items, your full order will be shipped with your made to order pieces within 4 weeks. If you wish to receive in stock items sooner please order them in a separate transaction.
Returns
We hope that you will love your items, but if you have any issues or wish to return your item please get in touch via email.
If you wish to return a non-faulty item the following policy applies-
- You must contact us within 30 days of receipt to notify us of your return.
- Returned items must be unworn with tags attached.
- Return postage will be at the buyer's expense. We recommend that you use a signed for or tracked method of postage, fully insured for the value of the item.
- Returned items must be received back to us within 21 days from you notifying us of the return.
- We are unable to refund postage fees.
Please note we cannot accept returns on customised items unless the item is faulty.
Faulty Items
If your item is faulty please get in touch as soon as possible after noticing the fault so that we can resolve your issue.
