Frequently Asked Questions
What are your postage charges?
P&P is charged at £3.75 (£2 for orders under £10). Orders over £70 receive free P&P. Our standard postage is Royal Mail second class for orders under £10, Royal Mail Tracked 48 over £10. An upgrade to Tracked 24 is available for an additional cost.
Why are made to order items unavailable?
As I return from maternity leave, I am trialling a system where I will release a limited number of made to order slots each month. This will allow me to balance my personal and working life, and to maintain the creative time I need to work on some exciting new ranges!
When the made to order slots for a month have filled up, made to order items will be marked as out of stock on the website. Check the homepage for a note on when the next set of made to order slots will be released. In the meantime, you can browse our range of in stock items, which are ready to be shipped within 3 working days.
How long will it take you to ship my order?
Made to order items will be shipped within 1-4 weeks.

In stock items are shipped within 3 working days.

If an order combines in stock and made to order items, all items will be shipped within 4 weeks when made to order items are complete.
Do you offer local pick up / delivery?
Yes! For free local pick up from Musselburgh, just select the local pick up option at check out. I will email you when your items are ready to arrange a collection time, and to give you the full collection address.

Can I combine orders?
Yes! If you want to combine an order with an existing one please add a note at checkout, including the previous order number. I will issue a refund for any overpayment of postage. Please note that if your second order includes made to order items the postage date will be 1-4 weeks from the later order.

I need my items quickly, can you help?
If you need an item faster than our usual 4 week turnaround please get in touch and we will advise if we can help. We would also advise you to browse our in stock section for items that will be shipped within 3 working days.
Do you take custom orders?
Yes! If you are interested in a custom order please get in touch and we will be delighted to discuss your ideas. As a few examples, we can consider variations on our current designs, size adjustments, or custom designs. Please note that there may be an additional charge for more complicated customisations.
Are your trousers suitable for cloth nappies?
Do you make adult's sizes?
Yes! Our trousers up to size 2-3 Years are suitable for both cloth and disposable nappies, and pants. Leggings and Joggers in size 3-4 Years up are a slimmer fit that is best for pants or disposable nappies. Age 3-4 Years is available in a cloth friendly fit if required, please leave a note at check out if this is needed. Hippy Pants and Dinky Dungarees are suitable for cloth nappies in all sizes.
We are not able to offer adults sizes at present, but watch this space!
